ORDINATION ACT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 147 of the
Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act, the Cabinet
Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Forestry upon
Consultation with relevant lead agencies, makes the following
Regulations—
THE ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT AND CO-
ORDINATION (CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES) REGULATIONS,
2025
PART I—PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS
1.! These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental
Management and Co-ordination (Controlled substances) Regulations,
2025.
