IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 13, as read
with section 33 of the Sustainable Waste Management Act, the Cabinet
Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Forestry, makes the
following Regulations—
THE SUSTAINABLE WASTE MANAGEMENT (EXTENDED
PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITY) REGULATIONS, 2024
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 147 of the
Environmental Management and Coordination Act, the Cabinet
Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Forestry, in
consultation with the relevant lead agencies, makes the following
Regulations—
