The Environmental Management and Coordination (E-Waste Management) Regulations of 2013

These regulations shall apply to all categories of electrical and
electronic equipment as set out in schedule 10 and facilities for
transportation, recycling, re-use and recovery as provided for herein.
(2) These regulations may be read together with the Guidelines for E-waste
Management in Kenya.
