THE ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT AND CO-
ORDINATION ACT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 147 of the
Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act, the Cabinet
Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Forestry, upon
recommendation of the National Environment Management Authority,
and upon consultation with the relevant lead agencies, makes the
following Regulations—
